There are sooo many things that I love about Chaminade. When I was in sixth grade me and the rest of the incoming sixth graders were welcomed by a school program called WEB. WEb stands for Welcome Every Body, and it is where the eighth graders pretty much help the sixth graders get situated, and answer any questions that sixth graders, and incoming students might have. That was the first year that they had the WEB program and it was very successful. It is now the third year that they have had the Web program and I myself am helping new incoming sixth graders. In seventh graders I had the best teachers I have every had. These teachers were Mrs. Ebel, the literature teacher, and Ms. Bachel, the language teacher. The two of them were so much fun and made my seventh grade learning experience very fun. Now I am in eighth grade, and I am still loving this lovely school. It is fun to be the "big kids on campus" and my teachers are still really cool... I think my favorite teachers this year are probably Mrs. Sahakian, and Mrs. Gunter but it is still early in the year so anything can happen. So if you are looking at this website to learn about Chaminade the best word to sum up this school is family, because that is pretty much what you become when you come here. It might sound weird but it is absolutely true.. I promise!!
