Congratz you have found a secret page Mayor Fred is a sock monkey that is genorous yet at the same time a bit stingy. Fred loves powdered donuts as does all sock monkeys. The mayor is actually a dictator , but uses the name Mayor as a cover-up when going to world confrences. He was born on the island of Mococoa where he was raised as an orphan. He later came to Wackyville and took up leadership after Mayor Dan died. Fred resides in his cozy mansion on most days eating powdered donuts and playing his Wii.
